Who's Jason M. Kueser?

Jason M. Kueser has spent his legal career representing individuals, groups, and companies in litigation and arbitration. In addition, he has, and continues to represent clients in class action litigation. Jason possesses an excellent combination of business and legal knowledge and experience, which he utilizes for his clients’ advantage. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jason worked in the financial services industry for several years. Jason is a former Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of a local broker/dealer and Registered Investment Advisor. During his tenure in the financial services industry, he developed his own client base and also assisted the firm’s managing partners as a case preparation specialist. This gave him extensive experience in developing financial plans for the firm’s clients. Jason also worked as an accountant for a national mutual fund company, which provided him with background as to how investment management companies operate.
